So far so good! I am happy with the performance of Hoover F5914-900 SteamVac with Clean Surge. The instructions are clear up and the cleaner really sucks up the dirt. I haven't tried the accessories yet or the attachment for the stairs but from what I read, there shouldn't be a problem. Hoover F5914-900 SteamVac was easy to clean after steaming, too. Definately would recommend.
